Terms of Use

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Who we are

The C4slide app and the appc4.com website (together, "the Service") are published by ATK Network ("we").

2. Purpose and acceptance

C4slide helps TikTok Shop sellers and creators create photo carousels from screenshots of product pages, using artificial intelligence.

By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age required to use TikTok Shop in your country.

3. Account

• You create an account with an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for everything done from your account.
• The information you provide must be accurate.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app (Account > Delete my account). Your data is then deleted under the conditions described in the Privacy Policy.

4. How the Service works

• You send screenshots of a product page. The Service extracts the visible information from them, then generates text and images.
• The images are created by an artificial intelligence model. The last slide uses the real product photo taken from your screenshots.
• Sending to OpenAI: by accepting these terms, you agree that your screenshots, your product photos, your avatar photos and your text are sent to OpenAI, in the United States, to generate your carousels. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
• The Service may search the web for photos of the product to help you. You remain responsible for checking that you have the right to use them.
• The available features (styles, number of slides, avatars, Pro mode, etc.) may change. We may add, modify or remove a feature.

5. Credits and trial

• Each generation uses credits. The number of credits needed is shown before you start the generation.
• A free trial of 60 credits is offered once, when the account is created. It is limited to one trial per person.
• Accounts without a subscription then receive 30 free credits each month, with no rollover: at the start of each month, their balance is topped up to 30 credits if it is lower. A balance of 30 credits or more is not changed.
• If a generation fails because of the Service, the credits used are refunded automatically.
• Credits have no monetary value and are neither refundable nor transferable.

6. AI-generated content

6.1 These are suggestions

All text and images produced by C4slide are AI-generated suggestions. They may contain errors. Before posting, you must review them, check them and correct them if needed.

6.2 AI label

TikTok requires content generated or assisted by AI to be clearly labeled.

• C4slide automatically adds the hashtag #aigenerated to the suggested caption.
• When posting, you must also turn on the TikTok option that labels content as AI-generated.
• If you remove this hashtag or do not turn on this option, you do so at your sole responsibility.

6.3 First-person text

Some text is suggested in the first person ("I tested it", "my top pick", etc.). These are only suggestions. If a text does not match your real experience with the product, you must edit it before posting. Presenting an experience you have not had is prohibited by TikTok Shop rules.

6.4 Product accuracy

The AI may reproduce a product detail incorrectly (color, size, number of buttons, logo, quantity). You must check that the product shown matches the product page exactly, and redo the slide if it does not.

6.5 Prices and promotions

• The price shown on the last slide is the price on the product page at the time you took your screenshots. It may have changed since.
• Before posting, you must check that the price and promotion shown still match the product page. A "Price subject to change" label accompanies the price; do not remove it.
• Promotional phrases ("big sale on now", "almost half price", "limited time", etc.) are chosen based on your screenshots. You must check that they are true at the time of posting.

6.6 Claims

C4slide is designed not to invent features, figures, guarantees or comparisons. If a text nevertheless contains a claim you cannot prove, delete it.

7. Realistic avatar

• To create a realistic avatar, you must send only photos of yourself. Using photos of another person, a celebrity or a minor is prohibited.
• By sending these photos, you authorize us to use them solely to generate your images. They are not used for any other purpose.
• You can delete your avatar and its photos at any time from the app.
• It is prohibited to present the avatar as a healthcare professional or as another real person.

8. Your commitments

You agree to:

• comply with the rules of TikTok and TikTok Shop and with applicable law when you post your carousels;
• send only content you have the right to use;
• not use the Service for products that are counterfeit, illegal, dangerous or prohibited on TikTok Shop;
• not create misleading content: fake before/after results, exaggerated results, false comparisons with a brand, inaccurate prices or promotions;
• not create hateful, violent or sexual content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
• not circumvent the limits of the Service (credits, roles, security), nor copy, resell or automate it without our consent.

If you do not comply with these rules, we may suspend or close your account, after notifying you except in an emergency. In the event of a serious breach, any remaining credits are not refunded.

9. Ownership

• Your content: you keep your rights to the screenshots, photos and text you send. You authorize us to process them solely to operate the Service.
• Generated content: to the extent permitted by law, the carousels generated for you belong to you and you may use them freely, including for commercial purposes. Similar content may be generated for other users.
• The Service: the app, its design, and the C4slide brand and logo belong to us. You may not reuse them without our consent.

10. Intellectual property and prohibited uses

• The brand, logo, code, text, prompts and interface of the Service belong to its publisher. Only the personal use provided for in these terms is authorized.
• The following are prohibited: decompiling and reverse engineering the app, except in the cases permitted by Article L122-6-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code; automated data extraction (scraping); using bots or automated calls outside the official app; reselling or making the Service available to third parties; using the Service or its output to design a competing service or to train an artificial intelligence model.
• In the event of a breach, we may suspend or delete your account. The credits concerned are then lost.
• You keep the right to use the carousels you have generated, as provided in Article 9.

11. Posting on TikTok, showcase and promotion

• If you connect your TikTok account, C4slide can send your carousels to TikTok as drafts and keep the link to the post. You alone decide whether to post.
• By posting a carousel created with C4slide whose link is saved in the app, you authorize us to display on the appc4.com website the first slide of that carousel, with a link to your TikTok post, which is public, to present examples of successful carousels. The link opens your post on TikTok, where your username is visible; no other information about you is displayed on the website.
• Promotional use: for carousels generated from October 8, 2026, you keep your rights, but you grant us, within the limits of the rights you hold over this content, a free, non-exclusive license to use them to promote C4slide and the C4App apps: on the appc4.com website, on our social media accounts and in our presentation materials. No information about you (name, username, email) is associated with this use. Carousels that contain an avatar created from your photos, realistic or illustrated, are never used in this way without your express consent. You can request the removal of a carousel at any time, as described below.
• You can ask at any time for a carousel to be removed from the website, from the app or by writing to [email protected]. It is removed as soon as possible.

12. Third-party services

The Service relies on providers: OpenAI (text and image generation), Supabase (accounts and data), Serper.dev (photo search), Kalodata (selling points of TikTok Shop products) and TikTok (posting), as well as, for C4 Post members, Instagram and YouTube (posting). Their use is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages or changes to their rules, in particular those of TikTok.

YouTube: C4 Post uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube channel to C4 Post, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge that your data is processed under the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time on the permissions page of your Google account.

13. Liability

• The Service is provided as is. We do our best to make it work well, but we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or that the generated content will be accurate.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post, for its compliance with TikTok rules and the law, and for the resulting sales and commissions.
• We are not responsible for any TikTok sanction (content removal, account restriction, commission freeze) related to content you have posted.
• Our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us over the last 12 months, except in the case of gross negligence or personal injury.

14. Personal data

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, why, for how long and how to exercise your rights.

15. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. In the event of a significant change, we will notify you in the app at least 15 days in advance. If you continue to use the Service after that date, you accept the new terms.

16. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, please contact us first at [email protected]. If we cannot find a solution, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge, whose contact details we will provide on request. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to consumer protection rules.

The app is distributed through Apple's App Store; Apple's standard license agreement also applies to its use. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the Service.
